I LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE.

Yeah, so, this journal's still alive, if anyone cares. It'll probably buzz a little more nowadays, since I have more Internets and thus more incentive to do fanart. Truthfully, the reason I haven't updated in such a long while is because of a severe lack of motivation--but posting artwork on DeviantArt and having it hit 34 pageviews by the time it uploads is enough to put some much-needed fire under my limp, dripping ego.

The piece in question is this one, some Team 7 OT3 lovin' I had been working on for weeks before. Nevermind the crappy linework and shitty rendering; I'm proud of this drawing, because it's one of the few pieces I've been able to complete in a very long time, and a project I had been knocking my head against the desk over for even longer. So I'm hoping all of you Lj-ers will not be intimidated by the dreaded DA linkage and give it a look.

Trust me, I need all the motivation I can get. >.>

Good to know that you're alive. I'm not really expecting any of my art requests to show up so if they do show up I'll be mildly surprised.

Okay, hun, I'm going to give this to you straight. You're not paying me to do those art requests, I said I'd do them because I wanted to. Now, I know it's kind of asshole-ish for me to not do them, but to be honest, I made a decent effort of it and decided it just wasn't going to work. I can't force myself to draw something I don't have any motivation to draw. I know, I'm a jerk, but at the same time I think it's more than a little bitchy on your end to keep nagging about it. Look, Decembre's right around the corner, and I'll be asking for holiday requests again, so if you want you can go ahead and ask for something then, and I'll see what I can do. If you'd rather just give me the proverbial middle finger and never support my art again, that's fine too. Just know from now on that if it's been months since I said I'd have your request done and I haven't done it, it's safe to assume it's not going to happen. I'm really sorry for not clarifying that earlier.
